I specialize in custom handmade surfboards made according to your wishes and desires. My blanks are block-cut EPS which I prepare myself, because this gives me the freedom to make any shape you wish. Furthermore EPS is recyclable and poses less of a health hazard for me while shaping it, than traditionally used PU foam.

I offer several different constructions depending on your requirement and they range from stringered or stringerless boards with a classic fiberglass shell to carbon and kevlar rails to highly impact resistant deck Inlays.

My classic construction is a stringerless board with carbon strips for strength, controlled stiffness and positive flex memory. I’ve had good feedback on this construction. It is lightweight, yet resistant and good for high performance surfing in our local waves.

Art

A basic board will be white with my logos, although you can choose from a variety of artwork options which range from sprays and resin tints to prints and fabric inlays. If you have a certain Idea for an artwork you would like, I’d be happy to discuss it with you and see what is possible.

Ordering process

By getting in touch with me we will first discuss what size and type of board you need. I can also guide you if you don’t know, but I will need to know some information about you like your height, weight, age, surfing level and type of waves you will be surfing.

Once the shape is clear we will discuss the artwork (if you want any). For that I will need pictures or a good description of what you have in mind. With that information I will prepare a computer design file for you to see and approve, as well as a quotation for the full order. When all is checked and good to go, you will be asked to pay an advance for me to start the process.

When the board is ready and cured you can pay the remaining balance. The whole process takes a minimum of 4 weeks depending on how many orders I already have and life in general, but if you are lucky it might be ready before that.

Please note that this is a one man show and you are getting a fully handcrafted and unique surfboard made specifically for you, which takes more time than a factory manufactured generic.
